Can we change what the emails say?
Yes. Each event has a template with its own subject and words, a live preview and a test send.
Can users control how many notifications they receive?
Yes. Each user chooses which events they are notified about and on which channel, and can change this at any time.
Do we need Slack or Teams?
No. The console and email work on their own. Slack and Teams are there if your team lives in them.
